The Proposal Process

Providing a full-service package by being with you every step of the way, we aim to make your proposal as easy and stress-free as possible. We will coordinate using your choice of communication, and ensure everything is perfect for your day.

Step 1: Location

We will start by coordinating the perfect spot whether it is right here in the stunning Bay of Fires, or wherever you have chosen to explore in Tasmania. We can set up at a beach, a balcony at your accommodation, or help locate the most perfect grassed area with an amazing view of the mountains. We also ensure you have an undercover bcak up location in the chance of bad weather.

Step 2: The Setting

Let's collaborate to select the perfect setting that complements your future fiancé's taste. Whether it's a lavish, extravagant ambiance or a serene, rustic, and organic style, we can customize it to suit their personality. We will also arrange any extras you may require such as flowers or any other special requirements.

Step 3: Time of Day & Grazing

Together with the photographer, we help you choose the time of day best suited for your location, whether sunset, sunrise, or middle of the day. We offer breakfast grazing for the morning proposals including an array of Tasmanian breakfast items or our cheese and meats grazing filled with the most delicious local selections. We cater to all dietary requirements.

Step 4: Logistics

We will send you a map of the area and directions for how to get to your proposal picnic spot. Our photographer will also let you know where he will be hiding so you can get the perfect angle. 48 hours before the day, we will check the weather to decide if we need to move to the backup location.

Step 5: Drop That Knee

This final step is your time to shine! Get your other half to the location with whatever little white lie you have to tell, and drop that knee. We will return on call to pack up so you can relax, enjoy the moment and leave without a hassle.
