  • We value the importance of providing our customers with quality service and ensuring that their experience with us is nothing but enjoyable. In order to achieve this goal, we generally require 3 days notice for small bookings and 7 days notice for larger bookings. However, we are happy to fit you in if we can and encourage you to enquire about availability! Picnic hampers and grazing boxes can be booked a day before, or even on the day!

  • To be able to set up our picnics in our beautiful Tasmanian National Parks, we are restricted to certain regulations to protect our parks and wildlife. To prevent introducing any new plant material to the area, we use artificial flower arrangements for our picnics. However, for picnics at residences, venues or businesses, live flower arrangements can be arranged.

  • Council locations have distinctive regulations, liquor licensing and trading requirements. It is the liability of the customer to establish and obtain permission to consume alcohol in public areas.

  • Our aim is to make your event as easy as possible – to go off without a hitch. For our Pop Up Picnic service, the picnic will be set up ready for the agreed start time. We will wait for your arrival before leaving the site unless we have stated otherwise. We will then return at the agreed finish time and pack it all up for you! Our picnic hampers and grazing boxes can be delivered straight to your door.

  • If you are running late, we ask you please notify us. If you have purchased a grazing board spread we need this to be freshly served upon your arrival! We are able to wait 15 minutes with no fee. Bookings may be lost if customers are over 15 minutes late to a booking due to the impact of consecutive bookings. We understand things happen without your control and will do our best to accommodate this. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • 3 days before your picnic we will contact you if bad weather is in the forecast. Where feasible, bookings that require cancellation due to bad weather, will be rescheduled within 3 months with dates subject to availability.
