Whats involved?
Salty Picnic Co will help you decide on a scenic location that fits your group's needs and interests, whether it's a beach, park, or outdoor or indoor space at your Airbnb or accommodation.
A beautiful luxury picnic will be set up for your guests including throws/rugs, cushions, low-lying trestle tables and real dining ware. Indulge on a delicious platter of premium Tasmania cheeses, meats and accompaniments, and fresh produce from the local farmers market.
With our service, you can relax and enjoy the picnic without the hassle of setup and pack-up. Take in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Don’t want our grazings? That’s fine too! We are happy to provide the setup alone, just let us know.

A beachside, park, foreshore or bushland are the best spots for your picnic. For rainy or windy days we can set up a beautiful picnic in any indoor or outdoor space at your Airbnb. Our list of picnic spot suggestions all have public bathroom access close by. We may even take you to our secret spot!

As a picnic provider, we have obtained the relevant insurance and business licensing to conduct business in our National Parks. If you want to know more about Tasmania Parks and Wildlife please visit www.parks.tas.gov.au.
Please ensure you have Plan B in place should it be raining or windy on your event day. Your picnic can be set up inside or you are welcome to reschedule in alignment with our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, there are no location options outdoors that ensure protection from weather conditions.
