Our delectable grazing tables feature an impressive selection of Tasmanian delicacies, including a variety of local cheeses and complementary accompaniments, providing you with the ultimate Tasmanian taste experience. Have a morning tea party? We also offer breakfast grazing! It's a great option for brunches, baby showers, or other casual gatherings where people can enjoy each other's company over a leisurely breakfast.

Grazing Tables

Delight your guests' taste buds with a delectable selection of local cheeses and complementary accompaniments. Our grazing tables feature a delightful assortment of premium Tasmanian soft and hard cheese, along with a selection of delectable cured deli meats. You'll also enjoy Tasmanian spreads, dips, crackers and crispbreads, as well as pates, pickled vegetables, olives, nuts, and fresh and dried fruits. To complete the experience, we offer locally made sourdough bread and an array of small sweet treats.

Breakfast Grazing

Our breakfast grazing table offers a diverse range of sweet and savoury options that are exclusively sourced from Tasmanian producers known for their exceptional quality produce. The array of delectable items includes fresh fruits and berries, yogurt and granola, a variety of pastries such as croissants and muffins, sourdough bread accompanied by a range of spreads, a selection of cold cuts including ham, salami, cheese, mini quiches, and smoked salmon. Additionally, we provide orange juice, coffee, and tea to accompany the breakfast spread.

Table Styles

Flat lay: This option requires no cleaning up and disposable and recyclable serving ware will be used. You are welcome however to bring your own pieces of serving ware for us to use.

Tiered table: The tiered table is a step up from the flat lay as it presents food at varying heights, creating an impressive display. However, please note, this option does require you to return all pieces to Binalong Bay within 48 hours. Alternatively, we can collect the pieces the following day for an additional fee of $50 plus travel fees.

Other Information:

- Salty Picnic Co will arrive up to 2 hours before your event begins. All we require is a table suitable in size for your number of guests for us to set up on.

- Travel fees will occur over 20 km from Binalong Bay and will be applied accordingly with the quote.

- Paper serving plates and napkins can be supplied for an extra fee on request.

- Please enquire about pricing for groups smaller than 25 guests.
